There's no magic cure, yet

Especially on the internet, you can find tons of claims like "eat this one food and never get cancer," and other far out claims. While there is correlation between having a healthier diet and better health overall, including a lower risk of cancer, there's no cure all. A massive research trial that examined the effect of selenium and vitamin E, alone or in combination, on prostate cancer risk recently SHUT ITSELF DOWN because it was going no where. There just simply is no magic combination of foods, vitamins, or anything else that's going to keep us from getting cancer. I just want to put this up there because I think it's unfair and immoral for people to be given false hope and throw their money away on "wonder-products."
