This week's challenge would've possibly been more appropriate for Lent, but, I didn't think about it back then. I'm not even sure I had this blog started by Ash Wednesday.
Anyway, the challenge is to give up all drinks except water. Caloric beverages are often a hidden assailent in our diets, and purging sodas and coffees with 3 sugars and cream can really make a big difference.
Now, to enter the challenge, you don't have to give them up for the whole week. In the comments, report how many days during this week you can meet the challenge. For this challenge, it's possible that multiple people will be crowned 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place.
