The purpose of this blog is to improve the quality of life of cancer survivors. This blog hopes to accomplish this goal by publicizing new research on quality of life for cancer survivors and identify programs and strategies that may help cancer survivors accomplish their goals.

Challenge: No takeaway

Should be pretty self explanatory. It's generally acknowledged that if you cook for yourself, and therefor have greater control of your food, it will be healthier than the equivalent item if you bought it prepared. So try for at least one week to not eat at any restaurant or have any take-away. All who accomplish it, post your success in the comments.
