Acupuncture may work

I found a very large (36 page) article through the National Center for Complementary and Alternative Medicine website. It was a review of tons of research on all sorts of different complementary therapies. I'm only reporting on Acupuncture here because it's different from others I've talked about, and it was one of the few with a 1A evidence grade--strong evidence and effectiveness. From the article:

"Acupuncture is recommended as a complementary therapy when pain is poorly controlled, when nausea nad vomiting associated with chemotherapy or surgical anesthesia are poorly controlled, or when the sdie effects from other modalities are clinically significant."

To read the full article, click here, though I recommend going down to the 23rd page (page 107 if looking at the journal page numbers) where it presents all the recommendations in summary.
