More evidence that exercise doesn't make lymphedema worse

Another systematic review has been published saying the exercise won't make lymphedema worse, and that it may help. However, there's nothing out there that actually says exercise will make it better. In fact, there's nothing out there at all that says anything will make lymphedema better (gentle exercise and massage are recommended, but they really have no idea if these actually work, and I can tell you from my own patients, it's hit or miss from one day to the next).

I've got a couple ideas on potential actual fixes for lymphedema. I've been talking with my patients, physios, and nurses to get all my thoughts together. I'll put them up when I have something more concrete.
