Cancer Nurse Coordination Service

I met Greg Bock the other night, who's the head of the WA Department of Health's Cancer Nurse Coordination Service. This group of nurses is dedicated to just help you sort through the system--kind of like a case worker if you need them to be. They have a contact number for each type of cancer they service, and I'll put that list after the jump. The service is free, and available Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 4.30pm. They can come to you wherever you are, whether in public or private hospital, home, our rural (separate number for rural at end of list).
