Feeling Full

I am working with a woman right now who is at her wits end about weight loss. She's at a disadvantage of course from being on hormone therapy, which makes weight loss much harder than normal, but she was trying hard and not seeing the results she wanted.

Concurrently, I have been getting a little annoyed myself that I can eat and eat and eat and never feel full. Even though I'm not trying to lose weight (I'm actually in a bulking up phase of my training), it's just annoying to have dinner and dessert and a snack and still go to bed hungry.

So I wanted to find out what made people feel "full," which would obviously have implications for over eating and weight control. My next couple of posts will be following this train of thought, as I attempt to sort the wheat from the chaff on dietary facts and myths.
