Book review: Younger Next Year

While visiting my aunt and uncle, they were asking me a lot of question about their health and fitness. My uncle had bought a book, Younger Next Year, and asked my opinion of its content. I was actually pleasantly surprised. I thought it did a good job conveying its information, and more importantly, I think it conveyed the right information. It extolled its reader to push their cardio to a higher intensity, while most of these books will try to convince you of the "anything's better than nothing" mantra that has helped spur on the obesity epidemic our society faces. Another good thing about the books is that the authors alternate writing chapters, and this is interesting because one author is a GP and the other is one of his patients, so you get both perspectives on the issues.
