To work off all the naughty bits you'll eat during the holiday weekend, complete this weeks challenge:
Every time this week you park in a large parking lot (i.e. has more then just one set of spots hugging the building and one set hugging the curb right across), purposefully park in the spot that is furthest away from the store you're visiting. Good simple way to add up your calorie burning for the week.
In the comments, post how many times you park for fitness, and I'll start a Leader Board of Awesomeness to track how many challenges people successfully complete. I'll think up a full list of rules for that later.
