This isn't a challenge in the normal sense of how I do them, but more of an activity that you might not do as often as you should, so if I present it as one of my challenges, maybe you'll be encouraged to partake.
Schedule a time to meet with someone--could be a friend, a family member, or maybe you want to go the extra step and see a professional counselor--and just ask them to give you 20 minutes, 30 minutes, a full hour if need be, to completely unload everything on them. Don't even ask them to provide feedback--just ask them to sit there and let your voice wash over them as an object of your ranting so you can enjoy a bit of catharsis. I hope you feel better afterwards
