That was the title of an article from another blog, so thought I'd pass it on. Most of the article is the writer's running commentary, and it rambles a good bit. She ends up only listing the 5 poses at the end, without talking much about them, and the names hyperlink to yet another website called the Yoga journal, so I'll put those hyperlinks and the names here.
I'm gonna put this out there---I can't do those last two, and I think many people might struggle no matter what. But flexibility's never been my strong suit.
