Access to facilities matters most

Another study out of Courneya's group in Alberta, Canada. They tried to figure out what factors determined whether people completed their exercise sessions across a whole year. The 2 biggest factors? What city they were from, which basically means how close they were to the University where the study was conducted. I can easily believe that, considering that I have only 27% of the women who ask me about my program, and the majority of them cite that Fremantle is too far to drive to as their reason for not joining.
