Mission Statement
The purpose of this blog is to improve the quality of life of cancer survivors. This blog hopes to accomplish this goal by publicizing new research on quality of life for cancer survivors and identify programs and strategies that may help cancer survivors accomplish their goals.

Mindfulness Mastery Training
Some of my patients went to a workshop, Mindfulness Mastery Training, hosted by the Cancer Council. They brought me back some of the hand outs, but it doesn't make a lot of sense out of context. Here's a list of some of the main points I could gather.
