NEW: workout of the T-Days
My new exercise program is finally up and running, though still slowly, but steady. As interest grows, I'm not able to handle a big group of people all at one time, especially when they arrive whenever they feel like, so I've decided to follow a trend seen in some gyms and other exercise programs, and start creating a workout of the day. Since I only run on Tuesdays and Thursday, my will be the workouts of the T-Days. I will hopefully remember to post these on here for others to follow. Since the only equipment I have so far at Cott are fitness balls, jump ropes, and elastic bands, hopefully many people will be able to play the home game version. Forgive me if I (quite often) slip on posting these.
