Today was one of the set workouts: traditional gym.
We started with a few minutes on the bike to warm up, then 10 minutes of 20 second sprint, 60 seconds easy pedal.
Then we went through the strength training twice. Total of 20 reps of everything, splitting it up into multiple sets as needed. Below is presented the base exercise and the hardest variation that anyone got to today.
Bench press --> alternate arm dumb bell bench press
ball squat --> chair squats
lat pulldowns
static lunges
side raises
bridge
