The purpose of this blog is to improve the quality of life of cancer survivors. This blog hopes to accomplish this goal by publicizing new research on quality of life for cancer survivors and identify programs and strategies that may help cancer survivors accomplish their goals.

workout Oct 16

We started with 5 resistance exercises, performing them as a circuit, doing 10, 8, 6, 4, 2 reps each round.
  1. iron cross
  2. deadlift
  3. cable chop
  4. hanging knee raise
  5. horizontal pull ups
Then finished off with 10 minutes of intervals on the bike, doing 15 seconds hard, 45 seconds easy
