Today's was all about the dance steps. We got through 3 rounds

backwards tandem walk 10m
inchworms 5
z step 10m
1/2 jack knives 5 @ 3 kg MB
Well, most of those need explaining
tandem walk: walking on top of a straight line, placing feet so toe and heel touch in a straight line
inchworms: start in push up position. push hips up in air as you walk your feet in as close as possible. walk hands back out to push up position
z step: start with R foot on line; with R foot, step out and slightly forward; put L foot on line; step with L foot outside line and slightly forward; repeat so you zig zag up the line
1/2 jack knives: feet up in air--touch your toes (see pic)
