Mission Statement

The purpose of this blog is to improve the quality of life of cancer survivors. This blog hopes to accomplish this goal by publicizing new research on quality of life for cancer survivors and identify programs and strategies that may help cancer survivors accomplish their goals.

workout Nov 22

Today the intern who has been working for me put together the real workout
1 minute at every station. Stations were:
  1. bench press
  2. ball squats
  3. seated row
  4. alternate leg lifts
  5. ball hamstring curls
  6. calf raises
  7. bicep curls
  8. rope tricep extension
  9. tandem walk with single arm shoulder press
We had 15 minutes to kill after doing the workout twice, so I made up a modified version of lawn bowls to play to work on balance.
