workout Nov 27--patient made

The winners of last week's lawn bowls game had to make up the workout for today. They came up with a couple little circuits to do.
  1. rowing, biking, or alternate shoulder press for about 2 minutes
  2. ball squats, tandem walk w/ single arm shoulder press, ball bridges, and cable tricep extension
  3. plank, isometric v crunch, wobble board squats, and single leg balance
One of the guys was missing, so I also threw in some agility drills using a speed ladder, and in the second group made them walk up and down stairs with the weights. It was a good day.

On a related note, our shirts came in today. They look sweet.
