Quick note: I will be on holiday for the next week and a half, so will not be posting the next 3 workouts. I've got posts of other info scheduled to run while I'm gone, so it won't be completely bare. I'll save the full blackout for the holidays.
- 2 laps of oval for time (about 900m)
- max push ups in one go
- max hold on plank exercise
- single leg stand on each foot with eyes closed
- vertical jump
- submaximal bench press (aiming for 3-5 RM)
- sit and reach test for flexibility
