The purpose of this blog is to improve the quality of life of cancer survivors. This blog hopes to accomplish this goal by publicizing new research on quality of life for cancer survivors and identify programs and strategies that may help cancer survivors accomplish their goals.

12 Days of Fitmass workout Dec 18

Today we had our Holiday workout, the 12 Days of Fitmass! The workout is structured like the carol "12 Days of Christmas," were you do the 1st exercise once, then the 2nd exercise and the 1st, then the 3rd, 2nd, and 1st, then the 4th, 3rd, 2nd, and 1st, etc. So you end up doing the 1st exercise 12 times, and the 12th exercise only once. The ones we selected were:

1 minute plank
2 pull ups
3 deadlifts
4 dips
5 single leg multiplaner leg lifts
6 bar twists
7 ball 1/2 jack knives
8 step ups
9 push ups
10 quadruped alternate extensions
11 seated arm runs
12 wobble board squats

I did a poor job taking videos of the guys doing it, so I also did the workout after the left and recorded myself doing the last round. By then I was very tired, so I know the form on the exercises wasn't perfect.
