Today's workout was much harder than I thought it was going to be. The task was to take the sleds up and around the far side of the stadium. The rules were that no man could ascend the terraces under their own power, i.e. they had to lift each other up. There were various levels of cheating. The whole thing took about 20 minutes. I've edited it down to a little of 5 minutes to give you the flavor.

Team Freight Train workout December 20th
This was the last workout for the year. Workouts recommence January 8th.
