The purpose of this blog is to improve the quality of life of cancer survivors. This blog hopes to accomplish this goal by publicizing new research on quality of life for cancer survivors and identify programs and strategies that may help cancer survivors accomplish their goals.

There may be a magic volume of exercise, but...

but I don't know what it may be because I can't access the full text! GAHH! Stupid epub ahead of print getting my hopes up!

Anyway, new study found that breast cancer survivors who performed 80% or more of the prescribed exercise had a significant improvement in inflammation biomarkers, while below that level had no effect. Unfortunately, the abstract doesn't say way the prescription was, so I have no idea what 80% is either! Hopefully later this will become available and then I can update this post.
