Mission Statement

The purpose of this blog is to improve the quality of life of cancer survivors. This blog hopes to accomplish this goal by publicizing new research on quality of life for cancer survivors and identify programs and strategies that may help cancer survivors accomplish their goals.

workout March 21

Today's was simple but brutal. Take a lap of the oval carrying weights in each hand (10, 15, or 20kg/hand). Most guys ended up carrying about 1/3rd of their body weight. That becomes quite hard, especially on the hands and forearms, after a couple hundred meters.
