We had two parts to today's workout. Part the first: a hilariously complicated obstacle course like series: Boxing + bicycling; literal bench press; heaving punching bag; sprint on cycle; lifting punching bag; kicking the trainer; over and under hurdles; up and down steps with weight.
Part the second: I couldn't resist one last chance at dragging the tow sleds and anchor chains around.
I've loved working with these guys for the last 8 months and will miss hanging out with them.
