Cancer Council WA Exercise Programs

Just got the flyer for the cancer council's next round of Life Now exercise programs. This is being run in conjunction with the Vario Wellness Clinic at Edith Cowan University

They're 12 weeks, and provide "personalized program and admission to 2 classes per week"

It's FREE if you're within 2 years post treatment, except the initial assessment may have a one off fee depending "upon your GP and private health care fund," which I'm taking to mean that the assessments are covered through Medicare's Allied Health Care program, like Michael's EP clinic that runs alongside me.

Start dates by location:
  • 23rd of May @ Beechboro and Mandurah
  • 24th May @ Nedlands
  • 13th June @ Inglewood
  • 21st June @ Riverton
Call 13 11 20 to register for any of them.
