A Taste of Flavor

I've heard patients describe how treatments left them with a metallic taste in their mouth that made food either bland or intolerable to eat. Seems that Dr. Pineda heard similar reports, and so decided in the middle of his career as an oncologist to go to chef school. His aim was to find recipes that would allow cancer survivors to properly taste food again, as well as help digestion, be full of antioxidents, etc.

Best part: you can download it for free, or buy it for only $5 at his website, Cooking with Cancer.
