Best diet guide I've found
The Cancer Council WA publish a small dietary guide booklet, and it's the best I've seen. Not because it's super detailed, but because it provides the most common sense. My favorite part: pg 7: Unproven Diets. It gives a checklist of things to assess a diet plan for. Then it has the statement "If you answer YES to any of these questions, the diet could affect your recovery and compromise your health." Other interesting sections include health safety, which gives good tips if your treatment has compromised your immune system; and tips on how diet can interact with symptom relief. Click here to download the PDF of their booklet.
