The purpose of this blog is to improve the quality of life of cancer survivors. This blog hopes to accomplish this goal by publicizing new research on quality of life for cancer survivors and identify programs and strategies that may help cancer survivors accomplish their goals.

Mini-obstacle course exercise

It's supposed to be ball burpie/pushup/overhead squat, weave through the chairs, side raises with the chairs, weave back, hold self up on hands on  bench for 30 seconds. I should've recorded his last and best one rather than the trial one. Best time was 1min55sec.
