The purpose of this blog is to improve the quality of life of cancer survivors. This blog hopes to accomplish this goal by publicizing new research on quality of life for cancer survivors and identify programs and strategies that may help cancer survivors accomplish their goals.

Olympic Lifting in Prostate Cancer

I started teaching a couple of the prostate cancer survivors I work with Olympic lifting. Here's a video of them practicing hang cleans. While it wouldn't work for everyone I've worked with, I've at least demonstrated it's safe for some. As always, it's a massively efficient way to train.
