Funny exercises

To work on balance and core strength, I've been giving the men I work some very silly exercises, but they've been quite effective.

  1. Stand on one foot, and with the other foot kick a fitball through a desk about 10 meters away
  2. Stand on one foot, and bowl one of the small 1 kg soft medballs through the narrow gap of piano bench legs
  3. We all lined up and did ball squats while passing the medicine ball back and forth
  4. we all lined up and did supine ball rollouts (going from sitting on top of the fitball to walking your legs out until you're in a bridge position with your head resting on the ball) while passing the medicine ball back and forth
  5. lying on our backs with our legs in the middle, and doing leg lifts while holding a fitball between our feet and passing it around the circle
They were all pretty goofy but very effective, and it was fun to laugh at each other falling off the balls. Only bad thing is I forgot my camera.
