Mission Statement
The purpose of this blog is to improve the quality of life of cancer survivors. This blog hopes to accomplish this goal by publicizing new research on quality of life for cancer survivors and identify programs and strategies that may help cancer survivors accomplish their goals.

Subiaco exercise program format
As I mentioned briefly last week, I'm moving my private enterprise to Subiaco Football Club, the biggest WAFL club in the metro. This will be for prostate cancer only, and will be Tuesday and Thursday mornings, with classes at 9 and 10am (and probably 8am as well, as long as the train gets me there on time--I'll have to make a practice run next week). I'm hoping we get actual proper sized groups to this, and if so, I'm going to use a fortnightly rotation of workouts, being:
