Guess I better be fair and balanced, especially since I've just registered my own trial in Australia.
Their site isn't as well set up as the NCI one from America, but it still works. Click here to get to the advanced search function (if you try using normal search only, you get way too many results). In condition category, select cancer, then if you want only a specific type of cancer, you can select that under "condition code." The category "intervention code" describes what the trial provides. For example, if it was testing a new chemotherapy drug, it'd be under "treatment--drugs." If you're looking for exercise and the like, try rehabilitation, lifestyle, behaviour, or other. Lastly, scroll down a bit and select the country you're in (though since this is the Australia and New Zealand Clinical trials registry, I don't know why they have more countries available to select from). I wouldn't worry about any of the other fields.
I'll discuss what I find with a couple different combos after the jump
Did "cancer" as the category, no condition code, and rehabilitation as the intervention code, and Australia only. Came back with 5 trials, most using exercise and for breast cancer. The most recent study is being conducted at the University of Queensland. Inclusion criteria: men and women adults "undergoing autologous haematopoietic stem cell transplant."
Similar search, but changed "rehabilitation" to "lifestyle". Didn't return any different results. Now I've tried the "other" interventions, and did get some new results. It produced a couple trials that might be interesting, but they were registered in 2010, so probably not recruiting any more.
So, this one's not as useful, but hey--have a look around periodically and see if you can find anything good. From the mailings etc I've received from them, it seems that this is pretty new, but is becoming more standard for researchers to have to use, so it should only get more useful from here.
