Workout Sep 18 / Inspirational Person
Today's workout was nothing special to post about, just some weight lifting. What I want to talk about is one of the guys who's been with me only 2 weeks, and this was his first weight lifting workout. He's in his later 70s or early 80s, wears a back brace, and can barely walk half the time. But today he manned up and did all the exercises: bench press, ball squats, lunges, lat pull downs. I was very impressed, not only that he physically completed it, but that he didn't even question the exercises. He just had a go at them with a good attitude, and found that he could accomplish everything.
