Mission Statement

The purpose of this blog is to improve the quality of life of cancer survivors. This blog hopes to accomplish this goal by publicizing new research on quality of life for cancer survivors and identify programs and strategies that may help cancer survivors accomplish their goals.

Workout Sept 13

 Today's workout was very much based on drills I've done at sports practices throughout my life
  1. Spiderman mountain climbers** 20x/side
  2. bench dips 20x
  3. carry medicine ball overhead across field (~100m) and up stadium stairs (~20 stairs) and back down to edge of field
  4. carioca ~30m
  5. push partner 20m
  6. attempt to kick a footy goal. The first person to make it sets the spot from where everyone else has to try and make it, and then anyone who misses had to do 10 push ups
This workout took a surprisingly long time to get through one round, so we only did 2 rounds before it was time to stretch.
