Today's workout / New format

For today's workout, we did fitness testing, including 2 laps of the oval for time, push ups, single leg balance with eyes closed, plank, and overhead squat test to assess dynamic balance.

Starting Thursday, I'm changing the format of the exercise sessions up at Leederville. Despite most people seeing consistent improvements on many of the fitness tests, I still wasn't satisfied because people were missing out an specific areas they needed. So I'm going to change the format to 10 minutes of warm up and stretching together, 15-20 minutes of individual exercises, and then 15-20 minutes of group work, with a new emphasis on sports activities. I think this will benefit everyone reach their specific goals better while maintaining the fun and variety that has characterized my programming so far.
