workout March 14

Did two workouts as a group today to have a break from doing the individual routines again (it was getting a little old, though is working well).

First one: purposefully using unevenly weighted bars to do deadlifts, curls, and bench, then using a single dumbbell to do squats. Still had to grip the bar in the middle rather than choking up on the heavier side to force the body to work against the unevenness.

Second one: Teams of 3. Two people on either end, each doing a different exercise, and one person traveling between in some fashion. Once the traveling person gets to the end, trades places with the person there, and so on and so forth.

Exercises on one end: push ups, bridge, squats, side plank (L), spiderman mountain climbers, arm circles with medicine ball, around body pass with medicine ball, hold bottom of lunge while doing trunk rotation with medicine ball

Traveling exercises: forward tandem walk, carry 10kg, army crawl, backwards tandem walk, carry weight, side shuffle, side shuffle, carioca

Exercises on other end: crunches, plank, jumping jacks, side plank (R), spiderman lunges, arm circles with medicine ball, around body pass with medicine ball, hold bottom of lunge while doing trunk rotation with medicine ball (all last 3 in opposite direction from other side)
