Mission Statement

The purpose of this blog is to improve the quality of life of cancer survivors. This blog hopes to accomplish this goal by publicizing new research on quality of life for cancer survivors and identify programs and strategies that may help cancer survivors accomplish their goals.

workout March 26

Pretty standard circuit today. 1 minute of work at each station, with 30 seconds to change. Exercises were:
  1. side lying leg raises (hip ABD)
  2. Russian twists with 3 kg MB
  3. Lat pulldowns
  4. kneeling ball rollouts
  5. ball squats with shoulder press
  6. bench dips
  7. split stance side lunges
  8. kneeling rows
  9. front squats
Followed it up with 15 minutes of partner stretching (PNF stretching) on hamstrings and inner thighs
