The purpose of this blog is to improve the quality of life of cancer survivors. This blog hopes to accomplish this goal by publicizing new research on quality of life for cancer survivors and identify programs and strategies that may help cancer survivors accomplish their goals.

workout March 28

Today we went outside and kicked the footy around. After a few warm up drills, we played the kicking game, footy style. The guys divided up into two teams. Each team had 2x 5 minute quarters, alternating, to be on offense and try to score. You can't run or pass, only kick. If you catch the ball on the full, you get to walk forward 10 steps. The idea is that you sprint to catch the ball (the fitness part) so you actually have a chance to advance and either score or clear the ball out if you're defending.
