The purpose of this blog is to improve the quality of life of cancer survivors. This blog hopes to accomplish this goal by publicizing new research on quality of life for cancer survivors and identify programs and strategies that may help cancer survivors accomplish their goals.

Workout March 7

Walk a lap of the oval with 10 stations around the perimeter.

  1. Kick a goal
  2. Using 8 kg bar, hold like sword and move vertical, horizontal, and diagonal
  3. Quick feet stepping back and forth over line 10s
  4. 3 inchworms
  5. Hopping side to side over line 10s
  6. Towing sled with 10kg, weaving through goal posts down and back
  7. Side shuffle 10meters facing one way
  8. Drag anchor chain 10m
  9. Side shuffle facing other way
  10. Lawn bowls on wobble board-- had to hit market
