The purpose of this blog is to improve the quality of life of cancer survivors. This blog hopes to accomplish this goal by publicizing new research on quality of life for cancer survivors and identify programs and strategies that may help cancer survivors accomplish their goals.

max strength testing, April 11
For the next 3-4 weeks we'll be doing a hypertrophy phase of training, so we did some 1RM testing today (actually started a few guys Tuesday on bench). Exercises were bench, lat pull downs, cable rows, and leg press. Unfortunately, the cable arch has some pretty light stacks, so a lot of guys were able to max it out.
