Mission Statement

The purpose of this blog is to improve the quality of life of cancer survivors. This blog hopes to accomplish this goal by publicizing new research on quality of life for cancer survivors and identify programs and strategies that may help cancer survivors accomplish their goals.

workout April 16

Today we officially started our hypertrophy phase of training. We'll be doing very similar workouts for the next couple weeks, with just the reps and sets changing.

Today's workout:
  1. jump rope 2 minutes
  2. 3 sets each of bench, cable row, lat pull down, and leg press; reps for each set in order were 12, 10, 8
  3. cycle: 4 minutes of 20second sprint : 10 second active recovery/rest
Simple but effective
