Mission Statement

The purpose of this blog is to improve the quality of life of cancer survivors. This blog hopes to accomplish this goal by publicizing new research on quality of life for cancer survivors and identify programs and strategies that may help cancer survivors accomplish their goals.

workout April 23

Continuing our hypertrophy training...

  • jump rope for 2.5 minutes
  • weights: 6 reps at 12RM weight to warm up, then 2 sets of 4 and 2 sets of 3
  • cycling: 4 minutes of: 30 seconds at 50%, 20 seconds at 85%, 10 seconds full sprint
No videos, but a couple great pictures
 Look at how many plates he's got on there!


 Big groups motivating each other to knock out the heavy weights.
