The purpose of this blog is to improve the quality of life of cancer survivors. This blog hopes to accomplish this goal by publicizing new research on quality of life for cancer survivors and identify programs and strategies that may help cancer survivors accomplish their goals.

workout April 30

Forgot to post this yesterday, because I didn't have any pictures or videos to download--I was too busy doing real work, as we had one of our most attended sessions yesterday. The resistance training was sets of 8, 10, 12, so getting lighter but more volume with each set. With how many guys attended, it slowed the whole process down a bit, and we didn't even get a chance to do our cycling or jump rope.
