Mission Statement

The purpose of this blog is to improve the quality of life of cancer survivors. This blog hopes to accomplish this goal by publicizing new research on quality of life for cancer survivors and identify programs and strategies that may help cancer survivors accomplish their goals.

Conscious Living Expo

As I know many cancer survivors seek out information on healthy living / things like vegetable juices are almost a fad, I thought this might be interesting to those in the Perth area: the Conscious Living Expo, which is October 27-30 at the Claremont showgrounds (tix start at $13). They exhibit everything from meditation classes to vegan diets to this woman:

    Shame you're validating a woman who preforms "faith healings" where the tumor is actually physically removed and shown to the patient- because that's totally legit, right? And then Ms Ruhl tells her patients NOT to undergo any further examinations or checkups to see if the cancer really is gone or to track the cancer's progress, because she's removed it all! So the cancer gets extra time to travel the lymph node highway and more families are forced to watch their kin die.
    Antonia Ruhl is a monster.

      I was not validating this woman. I don't even know much about her. I try not to pass judgement good or bad on most things I post, though if you'd like me to I will voice my opinion that I am not in favor of her. If you knew me better you'd see all the tiny wordings I have injected to indicate I'm not terribly supportive of these things.
