Prescription to Taste

That's the proper title of that cookbook I was writing about last week. I downloaded it this morning, and wanted to point out two things.

1) It uses peppers in most dishes. Not bell peppers/capsicum, but Jalapenos, Habaneros, and Cayenne type peppers.
2) They don't seem to be low calorie foods. In fact, some specifically state that they are high calorie foods designed specifically for cancer survivors whose treatment rips away their body mass (FYI, this kind of wasting away is called cachexia).

I plan on trying out several if not the majority of these recipes and reporting on them, though I have a fear that my poor taste buds will be burned away after only a couple.
